About Us
Our Story
We are a family owned and operated business that focus on the future prosperity of other families. With the dream of a man, and the support of a woman, K & C Developments LLC was born. That man is me, Kyle Keith Kennedy Sr, Baltimore native. And the woman none other than my amazing wife, Christine A. Kennedy. Together we made this company possible so that other families can have the quality of life you deserve. Let me tell you a little about me, I attended Baltimore Polytechnic Institute for High school and Virginia Union University for college. I was a Quarterback during both high school and college and later began coaching football and basketball for a decade.
I advanced to working for several major Engineering firms including WBCM and GPI. As well as repairing credit I am also a real estate investor, owning several rentals in the Baltimore city and county area. And as a family man I helped build my son a recording studio in East Baltimore City known as CMS Studios. Prior to creating this company, I worked for two years in the credit repair industry.
In my twenties I was like any other young adult and I took my credit for granted which caused me to obtain a very low credit score. Making life harder for me, it wasn’t until I learned the value of credit and became knowledgeable about credit that I realized the importance a high score is for life.
Now my score is in the 800’s, even though there will be ups and downs to every person’s credit score, I have still been able to maintain and manage a high score for years. Which is how I learned a system to help others clean up their credit reports and increase their scores significantly. I enjoy helping others and I try to encourage and educate them to obtain and maintain their scores even after I’ve got it up in the 700’s. I have formulated the recipe to see an increase within 14-30 days once my services have been obtained.
I know how easy it is to get caught up in credit card debt or to lose a job and have to pay the important things first or pay a little here and a little there. I know the feeling of being faced with an emergency and not having enough medical coverage. As the old saying goes. “been there, done that”, so I make sure to consult and advise accurately, depending on each unique credit situations.
